K. Allen Evans Pastoral Ministries

Church Structure Development Institute

The Lord has imparted within me, the ability to assist churches with developmental and structural tools to equip leadership and membership with resourceful information to help the local church grow thus strengthening the universal assembly of the body of Christ. It is my desire to share with you over 25 years of ministerial experience and help challenge each of you with the individual ministries, callings and gifts placed within your care.

Whether it be as clergy, church officials or lay members, it is our responsibility to obtain full knowledge of the various aspects with regards to the titles and offices we have obtained, and are being placed. Fundamental truths and social awareness issues will be applied into being men and women of God who exemplify the knowledge of God's word, the purpose of His church, and the dignity of the various offices in which we operate in both our local congregations and communities we serve.

Classes will include course outline material, with some classes requiring student presentations and guest instructors.
